Astounding media stupidity about Gaza

The Wall Street Journal is the latest publication to become Hamas stenographers. “Surveying the Destruction in Gaza” is one of the dumbest news reports I’ve seen. There is no bottom to reach. The western press will continue degrading until it’s a hideous dancing skeleton covered in putrefaction.

There’s so much to deconstruct here.

The Wall Street Journal doesn’t tell you this, but when they say “Palestinian Authority,” they mean the Interior Ministry. The current Minister of the Interior is Hamas bigwig Fathi Hamad.

He’s really looking out for his people.

Now, why does Israel target buildings, whether they be houses, mosques, schools, or hospitals?

What does customary international humanitarian law have to say about that?

Every building hit in Gaza was a military objective. Period.

But the Wall Street Journal was in its stenographer’s trance, and Hamas was blithering away like a child, so we have two competing numbers in the same paragraph.

One number is 67 percent greater than the other. It’s clear that Hamas and the UN are simply pulling statistics out of their…hats. We’ll never know the reality.

Here’s a map that shows extensive damage to residential areas. Note Shujaiyah.

This was the site of a ferocious seven-hour battle on June 20, 2014. The total number of Palestinian dead out of 100,000 was 65. So that you know why buildings were targeted, the Israeli Defense Forces released their own map of Shijaiyah.

Does your neighborhood have bunkers, combat posts, weapons caches, tunnels, and rocket launchers? I would’ve been nice if the Wall Street Journal had given us a little context to their map, but that doesn’t fit in with the narrative.

By the way, the IDF map shows almost 100 percent accuracy in its targeting. I’ll explain why in a later post.

These next two photo are beyond belief. They show that the western press has become a societal class of dunces.

First we have the peaceful enclave of Beit Lahiya on July 6, 2014, before the evil Jew-bombs, Jew-shells, and Jew-missiles blew it up.

Before

There’s a cute little bar that you move across with your courser to compare the before-and-after images.

Here’s Beit Lahiya on July 25, 2014, after its destruction.

after

No. The July 25 photo simply shows the area BEFORE ALL THE GRASS AND TREES WERE PLANTED. You can clearly see the scrape marks of earth-moving equipment. THERE ARE NO IMPACT CRATERS. How the hell did they blow up trees without leaving a trace of shells or aerial munitions?

And since when do trees get bigger AFTER they were bombed and shelled?

This is a case of outright fraud that calls the entire Wall Street Journal piece into question.

Then we have Nuseirat on July 6, 2014.

Nuseirat on July 12, 2014.

One multistory building on the corner has been destroyed, and one small structure across the street is gone. Everything else is unscathed. Terrific evidence of IDF precision targeting.

Next, more total absurdity.

Do you know what it means to “raze”? It means to destroy all the way down to ground, to leave nothing standing. What weapons would the IDF use to raze agricultural areas? In the Vietnam War, we dropped the BLU-82 “Daisy Cutter.”

The heaviest aerial munition in the Israeli arsenal weighs 2000 pounds. They can’t raze agricultural fields from the air, so they would need to do it with high-explosive artillery shells.

What would be the purpose? They can target rocket crews with drones and AGM-114 Hellfire missiles that have a twenty-pound warhead. Besides, the Wall Street Journal graphic says “LIKELY razed or heavily damaged.” THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW.

How does this pass for reporting? We’re living in a golden age of corruption. Standards? What are those?

And finally, the inevitable civilian death toll.

The Hamas-run Interior Ministry said early in the conflict that it would classify all deaths as civilian.

Anyone killed or martyred is to be called a civilian from Gaza or Palestine, before we talk about his status in jihad or his military rank. Don’t forget to always add ‘innocent civilian’ or ‘innocent citizen” in your description of those killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza.

This isn’t a secret, and it makes Palestinian casualty figures utterly worthless. The Wall Street Journal knows this, but it goes a step further in its doglike loyalty to Hamas.

These figures may fluctuate as uncategorized deaths are re-classified as civilians.

They couldn’t POSSIBLY be reclassified as combatants, because everybody knows that Jews avoid killing terrorists and instead just massacre civilians. And then they mix their blood in matzoh dough.

Stuart A. Thompson, Renée Rigdon, Asa Fitch, Nicholas Casey, Taylor Umlauf, Erin McCarthy and Mark Fahey, you’re all pathetic hacks. You should be ashamed of this ordure.

Switch to reporting on cat videos. That’s all you’re good for. Start with this one.
